Tables, Ladders, & Chairs Results – WWE

AJ Styles retained the WWE World Championship with the aid of James Ellsworth in the main event of last night’s TLC event. Styles & Ambrose pulled out all the stops including an insane 450 splash from the ring to a table at ringside by AJ and an Ambrose elbow from the top of a ladder mounted on one announce table through the other announce table.  Also of note, two championships changed hands as Alexa Bliss defeated Becky Lynch in a Tables Match for the Women’s Championship and Bray Wyatt finally won his first WWE championship as he and Randy Orton defeated Rhyno & Heath Slater to become SmackDown Live Tag Team Champions.

Final Battle Results – Ring of Honor

Not to be outdone, several big happenings occurred at Ring of Honor’s Final Battle pay-per-view Friday Night in New York City. Kyle O’Reilly defeated Adam Cole for the ROH World Championship, The Kingdom were crowned the first ROH Six-Man Tag Team Champions, Cody Rhodes debuted and turned heel against Lethal and the Ring of Honor fans, and it was revealed that Broken Matt Hardy and Brother Nero would be coming to Ring of Honor to challenge “The Bucks of Youth” and “Dim Boys”.

Bucks Resign with ROH & New Japan – Cageside Seats

Speaking of the Young Bucks, it was announced this weekend that they had signed a new agreement with Ring of Honor and New Japan Pro Wrestling. They will also still be working PWG as part of ROH & PWG’s working agreement.

New NXT Champion – Lords of Pain

WWE has let the cat out of the bag via social media that a new NXT Champion was crowned in Osaka, Japan as Shinsuke Nakamura regained the championship from Samoa Joe. The match will air this Wednesday on NXT.

Cena Hosts SNL This Week – With Spandex

And finally, it was announced on Friday afternoon, John Cena will host the December 10th episode of Saturday Night Live.
