One of the first superstars, up bright and early to chat with Chad Dukes Wrestling on Radio Row was Hornswoggle. Funny, charming, and a good dude, Hornswoggle gives a really funny interview about the Wrestlemania grind, childhood dreams, the Baby New Year segment, and being on the recieving end of a Worlds Strongest Slam.
I took that, and it was the most pain I’ve ever been in in my life. He’s 400lbs of Man, of just MAN. I don’t know what else to say about him other than he’s just MAN. Khali actually goes, “Thank god it was you brother,” at least I think that’s what he said. I can understand about every third word and I’ve been with him for six years now.
In his now 6 year tenure in WWE, Hornswoggle has been paired with a number of big time superstars (Finlay, Mr McMahon, Brodus Clay), but the biggest would have to be his run with D-X, a childhood dream for the Superstar.
That was my childhood dream. I worked with them for 6 months, did 2 main European tours with them. It was a lot of fun. It was cool to realize, twelve year old Hornswoggle would be so jealous.
